AeroShell Grease 22 es una grasa versátil avanzada de uso general compuesta de un aceite de hidrocarburo sintético espesado con Microgel, con excelentes características de rendimiento.
Se incluyen los aditivos adecuados para lograr la resistencia a la oxidación y la corrosión, las propiedades antidesgaste y las propiedades de carga necesarias. El rango de temperatura de funcionamiento útil es de -65 °C a +204 °C.
AeroShell Grease 22 se recomienda especialmente para su uso dondequiera que se encuentren condiciones operativas severas, como cargas elevadas en los rodamientos, altas velocidades, un amplio rango de temperaturas operativas y, particularmente, donde se requiere una larga retención de grasa y una alta resistencia al lavado con agua.
La amplia gama de aplicaciones incluye rodamientos de ruedas de aviones, accesorios de motores, sistemas de control, actuadores, gatos de tornillo, servomecanismos y motores eléctricos, rodamientos de rotores de helicópteros, instrumentos, lubricación de estructuras de aviones, pasadores de bisagra, juntas estáticas y trenes de aterrizaje. AeroShell Grease 22 contiene un aceite de hidrocarburo sintético y no debe usarse en contacto con materiales de sello incompatibles.
