The Tempest AA48109-2 SPIN EZ™ oil filter is engineered to come off easy — every time. Heat, time, and pressure can bond legacy filters to the engine mount pad, making removal a frustrating and time-consuming battle. Tempest's proprietary SPIN EZ adhered solid seal lubricant stays in place between the seal and mount pad, preventing that bond from forming. No more messy DC-4 compound. No more stabbed cans. Just a clean, easy filter change.
