Domestic Delivery Rates (New Zealand)

Standard shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package dimensions, and destination.

North Island

• Urban Delivery: From $7.95 NZD (scales up to $12.95 NZD depending on package size)[cite: 6]

• Heavy Duty Freight: $44.95 NZD urban / $47.95 NZD rural[cite: 6]
• Overweight Freight: Subject to a 50% base fee deposit at checkout, with the balance invoiced via email prior to dispatch[cite: 6].

South Island (Interislander)

• Urban Delivery: From $8.95 NZD (scales up to $13.95 NZD depending on package size)[cite: 6]
• Rural Delivery: From $13.95 NZD (scales up to $20.95 NZD for larger packages)[cite: 6]
• Heavy Duty Freight: $49.95 NZD urban / $54.95 NZD rural[cite: 6]

Chatham Islands

• Air Freight: A $25.00 NZD base booking fee applies at checkout, and we will calculate and email your full freight invoice within 24 business hours to arrange dispatch[cite: 5, 6].

Rural Addresses: Please select the Rural option at checkout if your delivery address is classified as rural by courier networks to avoid unexpected dispatch delays.

International Orders & Delivery

New Zealand Delivery Only: We do not offer standard international shipping at checkout. All orders placed through our website must specify a valid delivery address within New Zealand.

Ordering for Recipients in NZ: Overseas customers are welcome to place orders on our site, provided the recipient’s physical shipping destination is within New Zealand (ideal for gifts, family, or friends).

Special Arrangement Inquiries: Under specific circumstances, we may consider international fulfillment on a case-by-case basis. If you require overseas delivery, please contact our support team prior to placing an order for a custom quote via DHL. Please note:

• Any customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, or local carrier clearance fees imposed by the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
• We reserve the right to decline international shipping requests based on destination, item compliance, or courier restrictions.

Dispatch & Order Processing

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for standard in-stock items completed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday, NZST/NZDT) are dispatched on the same business day.
• Transit Times: Standard North and South Island courier deliveries generally arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch[cite: 6]. Chatham Island air freight deliveries typically take 1–5 business days[cite: 5, 6].
• Invoiced Orders (Overweight / Chatham Islands): Orders requiring secondary invoicing will be fulfilled and scheduled for transport once the remaining shipping balance has been paid.
• Peak Period Delays: During high-volume seasonal periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Week, and holiday sales), dispatch may experience a temporary delay of 1–2 business days.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, over weekends, or on public holidays will process on the following business day.

Carriers We Use

To ensure safe, reliable, and tracked delivery across the country, we dispatch using:

• Domestic (NZ): NZ Post, New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste, and dedicated road/air freight partners.
• Approved International Shipments: DHL Express (where custom arrangements have been confirmed).

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to the address provided at checkout.
