The SURVIVAL Marine Scale G First Aid Kit is a comprehensive onboard first aid system built to meet Australian AMSA Scale G marine medical requirements — and well-suited to recreational and many light commercial marine applications in New Zealand waters.
At its core is a fully stocked SURVIVAL Workplace First Aid Kit, paired with a dedicated Marine Scale G Module, an empty Module Bag for medicines, and a comprehensive First Aid Emergency Handbook — all housed in a rugged, waterproof hard case purpose-built for the marine environment.
The waterproof box features a pressure valve to keep it sealed without vacuum lock, so it opens easily in rough conditions. It can be padlocked for security (lock not included). MOLLE straps let you mount the Workplace Kit in the cabin, wheelhouse, engine room, or on bulkheads — fixed, visible, and instantly accessible — or detach it quickly for grab-and-go response on deck or in a tender.
Commercial operators and offshore vessels should confirm any additional Maritime NZ Part 50 or Yachting New Zealand Category medical requirements applicable to their operation.
Like all SURVIVAL kits, pockets are named, labelled, and colour-coded — Red for Trauma, Blue for Hygiene, Black for Utilities, Green for Info — so crew find what they need fast when every second counts.
